Eiffel Excellence Scholarship 2027 (France)
About this scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship is the French government’s program for attracting top international students to master’s and PhD programs at French institutions, with a focus on science and technology, economics and management, law, and political science.
A key feature: you do not apply directly. French higher education institutions nominate their best international applicants, so your first step is securing admission (or a strong application) at a French institution that participates.
For the 2027 intake, institutions usually collect candidate files in autumn 2026 and submit nominations to Campus France by the official deadline in early January 2027. Approach your target French institutions in September or October 2026.
