Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship 2027

The Government of Ireland offers prestigious scholarships to high-calibre international students from non-EU/EEA countries to study at Irish higher education institutions.

• Non-EU/EEA citizen
• Bachelor's degree for Master's applicants
• Strong academic record
• Admitted to an eligible Irish institution

• Full tuition fees
• €10,000 annual stipend for living costs
• Available at all Irish universities and institutes of technology

• Have a domicile of origin outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the UK
• First apply for and hold a conditional or final offer for an eligible full-time postgraduate programme at an approved Irish higher education institution
• Then submit the scholarship application through the HEA online portal with proof of admission, a personal statement, and references by the deadline
