About this scholarship

The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) offers the Banach Scholarship Programme for students from developing countries and the Lukasiewicz Programme for all international students.

Eligibility

  • Citizens of developing countries (Banach) or all countries (Lukasiewicz)
  • Under 30 for Master's
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good academic standing

How to Apply

  • Choose the relevant NAWA programme for your situation (for example, the Prof. Banach Programme for full master's study by citizens of eligible developing countries, the Polonista Programme for Polish-studies students/researchers, or the Anders Programme for people of Polish origin)
  • You must also take part in the host Polish university's own recruitment for your chosen programme
  • Submit your application through the official NAWA online system during the call, with the required documents, before the deadline; benefits (stipend, tuition exemption, sometimes a preparatory Polish course and travel allowance) vary by programme
