Study in Chile

Student visa required. Apply with your admission letter and proof of funds after you are accepted.

• Completed secondary education for bachelor's, or a relevant bachelor's degree for master's
• Proof of Spanish for Spanish-taught programs, or English for English-taught programs
• Academic transcripts and certificates, translated and attested where required
• Valid passport and an admission or acceptance letter from the institution
• Proof of funds and a student visa or residence permit where applicable

Chile has among the most internationally connected universities in South America, concentrated in Santiago and Valparaíso. The country runs the length of the continent, so the Atacama, the Lake District and Patagonia are all domestic travel. Living costs are higher than in neighbouring countries.
