Norway is one of the few countries offering free tuition to ALL international students at public universities.

Student residence permit required.

• Upper secondary qualification for bachelor's, or a relevant degree for master's
• English proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL), and Norwegian for some programs

• Proof of funds in a Norwegian account
