Study in Oman

Muscat holds most private universities and colleges, with others in Sohar, Nizwa and Salalah, and English is the teaching language at most of them. The country is calm and conservative, and a car or taxi is often needed because public buses are limited. Summers are very hot, while the mountains and Salalah's monsoon season offer cooler escapes. Living costs are moderate by Gulf standards.
