• Completed secondary education for bachelor's, or a relevant bachelor's degree for master's
• Proof of Arabic for Arabic-taught programs, or English for English-taught programs
• Academic transcripts and certificates, translated and attested where required
• Valid passport and an admission or acceptance letter from the institution
• Proof of funds and a student visa or residence permit where applicable

Oman is quieter and more traditional than its Gulf neighbours, with dramatic mountain and desert landscapes and a long coastline. Muscat concentrates most of the sector. English is the language of instruction at most private institutions and in many public programs.
