About this scholarship
A one-year training and work program for young African professionals aged 25-35 to work at leading German companies including Bayer, BMW, Bosch, Deutsche Bank, Merck, SAP, and Siemens. Combines work placement with cultural and professional development.

- African professionals (including North Africa) aged 25-35 with 2-5 years of work experience
- University degree
- Fluent in English
