- Non-Belgian/EEA citizen
- Admitted to a Master's programme at a Flemish university
- Strong academic record

How to Apply
- Students cannot apply directly
- Apply for admission to a Master's programme at a participating Flemish host institution
- Express interest in the scholarship; the host institution preselects and submits your application via Mobility-Online
