Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship (Pakistan)

Government of Pakistan’s flagship merit-cum-need scholarship for undergraduate students at 131 Pakistani universities. Covers full tuition plus monthly stipend. Over 200,000 scholarships awarded.

Pakistani citizens. Undergraduate students enrolled at participating universities. Family income below PKR 45,000/month. CGPA 2.5+/4.0 or equivalent.

• Renewable annually upon maintaining satisfactory academic performance
• Covers students from low-income families across Pakistan

• Be a Pakistani student newly admitted on merit to an HEC-recognised public-sector university, from a low-income family (need-cum-merit)
• Apply online on the HEC scholarship portal using your CNIC (or B-Form if under 18)
• Submit the completed form to your university's financial aid office, not directly to HEC
