About this scholarship

The National University of Singapore offers Research Scholarships covering full tuition and monthly stipend for graduate research students across all faculties.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree with Honours (or equivalent) for Master's Research. Master's for PhD. Strong academic record. English proficiency. All nationalities.

How to Apply

  • Have a good undergraduate degree (at least Second Class Honours Upper Division / Honours with Distinction or equivalent), with an offer of admission (or already admitted) to a full-time NUS graduate research programme, of any nationality, and be eligible for the MOE tuition subsidy
  • Indicate your interest in the NUS Research Scholarship in the NUS graduate research application, submitting transcripts, a research proposal/statement, references, and English test scores where applicable
  • You must not concurrently hold another major award; international scholars complete Graduate Assistantship hours. Covers a monthly stipend and full tuition-fee subsidy (renewable subject to progress)
