About this scholarship
Reach Oxford scholarships cover the full costs of studying at the University of Oxford for undergraduate students from low-income countries who could not otherwise study at Oxford.
Eligibility
- Citizen of a low-income country (check eligible country list)
- Outstanding academic ability
- Demonstrated financial need
- No ability to study at Oxford without funding

- Tenable for the full duration of the course
How to Apply
- Be a national of an eligible low-income country (on the OECD DAC list) who cannot study for a degree at home for financial or other reasons, with outstanding academic ability, demonstrated financial need, and social commitment, and an intention to return home; priority goes to those who have not previously done undergraduate study
- First apply for an Oxford undergraduate course (all subjects except medicine) through UCAS by the October deadline and gain an offer
- Then complete the Reach Oxford / Undergraduate Scholarships online application by the February deadline; covers tuition and college fees, a living grant, and one annual return airfare
