RWTH Aachen, Germany’s largest technical university and a member of TU9, offers scholarships for outstanding international Master’s students in engineering and sciences.

• International students admitted to an RWTH Master's program
• Outstanding academic record (top 20% of cohort)
• Relevant extracurricular activities

• Monthly stipend of EUR 300-800
• Tuition-free education at a German public university

• For merit-based full tuition-fee scholarships, apply to an English-taught master's programme via RWTHonline and then submit the scholarship application
• For the International Office Scholarship for Particularly Involved International Students (BEIS), be an enrolled degree-seeking non-German student who earned their university-entrance qualification abroad, has completed at least two semesters at RWTH, shows strong academics, documents engagement in at least two intercultural activities (e.g. the BeBuddy programme), is not on another scholarship, and is below the income limit
