- Hold the nationality of and be permanently resident in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine, with an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2:1 or higher (or in your final year), demonstrated leadership potential, and a commitment to return home to contribute to your country's development
- Apply for and show how a one-year master's at one of the Foundation's UK partner universities will help (applications to non-partner universities are considered only if the course is unavailable at a partner)
- Apply online via the Said Foundation website (around September to 31 October) with transcripts/certificates, a CV, three references, and an English-language certificate (e.g. IELTS). Fully funded: tuition, living stipend, and travel
