About this scholarship
Thailand International Cooperation Agency offers scholarships for international students from developing countries to study Master’s and short courses at Thai universities.
Eligibility
- Citizens of developing countries
- Under 35 for Master's
- Bachelor degree with GPA 2.75+/4.0
- English proficiency
- Must return to home country after completion

How to Apply
- This is the Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP), a government-to-government scholarship for master's study at partner Thai universities in themes such as Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, health, food security, climate resilience, and other SDG areas
- Be a citizen of an eligible partner country and (usually) a government employee, nominated by your country's National Focal Point for International Development Cooperation (e.g. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) or relevant central government agency
- Complete the online application form on the TICA website, then submit the form and endorsed documents (in English) through the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate accredited to your country by the deadline (each country may nominate up to about five candidates per course). Fully funded: tuition, monthly stipend, accommodation, return airfare, insurance, and allowances
