Swinburne University of Technology

Swinburne University of Technology is a public university in Melbourne, founded in 1908 as the Eastern Suburbs Technical College, with its main campus in the suburb of Hawthorn. It is known for engineering, design, information technology and aviation, as well as astrophysics research. The university also has a campus in Kuching, in the Malaysian state of Sarawak. Many courses include work placements, and all teaching is in English.
