Türkiye Burslari Scholarship 2027

The Türkiye Bursları (Türkiye Scholarships) is the Government of Turkey’s flagship international scholarship program for students from around the world. Administered by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), it provides full funding across associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels, plus university placement, so applicants apply through one unified portal without needing separate university applications.

• Citizen of any country except Turkey
• Bachelor's applicants: under 21 years old
• Master's applicants: under 30 years old
• PhD applicants: under 35 years old
• Minimum 70% academic average for bachelor's
• Minimum 75% for master's and PhD
• Minimum 90% for medicine, dentistry, pharmacy
• Not currently studying in Türkiye

• Full tuition fees at participating Turkish universities
• Monthly stipend: TRY 4,500 for bachelor's, TRY 6,500 for master's, TRY 9,000 for PhD

• Be a non-Turkish national meeting the age limits (roughly under 21 for undergraduate, under 30 for master's, under 35 for PhD, under 45 for research) with strong academic results (around 70% GPA for undergraduate, higher for graduate)
• Apply free and individually online via the official Turkiye Scholarships platform (turkiyeburslari.gov.tr) during the window (around January to February), uploading transcripts, diploma, ID/passport, and any required test scores; selection includes evaluation and interviews
• The single application covers both scholarship and university placement (no separate admission needed). Fully funded: tuition, monthly stipend, accommodation, health insurance, return airfare, and a one-year Turkish-language course (TOMER) for those without C1 Turkish
