Türkiye Bursları Scholarships 2027

Türkiye Bursları (Türkiye Scholarships) is the Turkish government’s scholarship program for international students, covering full degrees at Turkish universities at undergraduate, master’s, and PhD level. It is one of the few major awards that combines a scholarship with guaranteed university placement.

The award covers tuition, a monthly stipend, accommodation, a one-year Turkish language course, health insurance, and flight tickets. Tens of thousands of students from nearly every country apply each year.

The annual application window typically runs January to February, with evaluation, interviews, and results through the rest of the year. The next full cycle is expected to open in January 2027.

• Citizen of any country other than Türkiye
• Age limits: under 21 for undergraduate, under 30 for master's, under 35 for PhD
• Minimum academic achievement: 70 percent for undergraduate, 75 percent for graduate, 90 percent for health sciences
